My photos taken might not be the best so pls bear with me :).
Bought this oil sometimes last year or earlier this year. A bottle of 45ml/1.52 fl oz.. Costed me more or less about HKD500. Do not remember the exact price as it’s been awhile.
I found that it was quite costly for me and I took a week to decide if I should really go ahead and make the purchase or not. I read many positive reviews about it and then I went back to purchase in hope that it would help me with some brown spots on my skin. Which the sales lady promised that it will (at least 50-60% reduction in colour of spots was told). I used it religiously for a couple of months and it made not a slightest difference to my brown spots on my face.
Surely it does well moisturise the skin. I always used it on my moist skin n let it air dry, for it to soak in the skin better. But, if I use it too many days in row then it does tend to break out the skin a bit.
I will not purchase it again for myself as it did not serve the purpose I bought it for. Results may vary from person to person though, depending on your skin type I suppose. I prefer using other much affordable oils as an alternative, for instance baby oil, almond oil, avocado oil or even olive oil etc just the same way (on my still moist skin to help with dryness whenever I need or as often as I feel like).
These are much more affordable and works just as well. But, yes if you do not mind spending that much money on it for just the same benefits then you should surely give it a try. It does last a long time as you are using very little each time.
There are cheaper rosehip oil options from various other companies too. Which will provide you with the same benefits.
